But the more someone knows and understands about Jesus the greater their faith. The more of the Bible they know they more they understand the Godhead.

Romans 10:17
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Colossians 3:17
And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

God loves you and will always listen to you. God listens to all his children. He listens to Buddahists, to Jews, to Mormons, to Baptists, to everyone. A simple, sincere prayer will be heard.

Consider the humble prayer of a young child. Will God ignore the prayer because the words weren't perfect? No way. That's what Jesus told us, to be as a little child.

No. But when you pray in the name of Jesus, it give you credentials as a Christian. It also lets Him know that you've studied His Word, so that you know how you're suppose to pray.

Great photo!

If you don't know or believe in Jesus, how could you pray in his name? It means to pray with his athority.
So, no he will not ignore you but he will lead you to Jesus Christ if you are serious.
If you're playing games, well... don't.

As a Christian, you may pray directly to God. It's good form to acknowledge your debt to Christ in your prayer: "in Christ's name I pray..."

Jesus himself, taught us how to pray....Remember a little thing called the Lord's prayer:

Our Father, who art in heaven,

Hallowed be thy Name.

Thy kingdom come.

Thy will be done,

On earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses,

As we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation,

But deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom,

and the power,

and the glory,

for ever and ever.

Amen.

I don't know. I do know the bible says there is one God, and one mediator between God and man, Jesus Christ. I don't know the answer to your question, though.
