let's see... I usually get them if like there's a change in altitude or something... I don't know, but I never get them if someone punches me in the nose...

I don't know for sure how to answer but like, if you or someone you know has a lot of really bad nosebleeds and a lot of the time, have them get checked out. My friend had nosebleeds that looked like twizzlers coming out of his nose and it happened a whole lot. He went to the doctor and something was wrong with his brain and made him have really bad nosebleeds.

These are caused by a high pressure being built in nose capillaries which burst (ts not that bad!) and cause these kinda nosebleeds.

Typically adolescent fingers stuck up adolescent nostrils by people with pre-adolescent social skills.

The stuff other people named is more likely to be right, but just FYI some other causes are aplastic anemia, pre-leukemia (myelodystplastic syndrome), hemophilia, and bloodthinners like asprin. Oh, and cocaine use, but hopefully you would have already figured it out if that was the cause. Also if you have something stuck up there, you might want to get it out...

My son had (and still has) numerous nose bleeds from age 4. He is 21 now. All I can tell you is that the doctors put tubes in his ears and it seemed to get worse. He has just learned how to deal with it, and is used to it. I had to tell his teachers, coaches, etc about it so they wouldn't freak. His nose even starts to bleed if he just gets agitated or upset. It's weird.

I would have thought the same thing as any nosebleeds
-Sudden change in temperature/weather.
-A bash to the face. (Ouch)
-Picking your nose (I'm sorry, but it has to be said!)
-Having a cold.
-And sometimes it's just random.

I get em a lot too, its just from sometimes climate change, or just the dryness of a room.
