Hi All,

I have pumpkin tarts some of which I have decorated with ready-to-decorate icing. Do I need to refrigerate this? I want to serve them day after tomorrow.

Thanks in advance!

Assuming that the tarts are filled with a pumpkin custard similar to pumpkin pie, I would refrigerate them due to the eggs and milk products. They don't need it because of the icing, but due to the filling!

Yes! We made more pies than we could eat one year. It had only been a couple days when we lifted the lid of the pie keeper to find that the leftover pie had molded. Yuck!

depends on the ingredients in them. if theres eggs or milk in them, probably best to store them in the fridge. otherwise put them into an airtight container.
