any moisturizing shampoo and conditioner should work wonders. I think Dove has a shampoo that works at repairing damaged hair. The best way and the most effective way is to go to your stylist and have her/him to cut the dry, brittle, and split ends off. Then use a good shampoo. And be careful when you use heat on your hair. Don't always blow dry it etc. . . There are also some hair serums that not only add shine but protect your hair from damage and keeps it moisturized (I use Redken's Anti-snap, it's in a blue bottle). Good Luck

The Aveda Damage Remedy line is by far the best, that's what I always use on the girls that are bleaching their hair all the time

Kerastase Satin Bain 3 and Kerastase Masquintense have done wonders for my hair. Also try putting olive oil onto dry hair for an hour before washing it as I find this works....

try oil treatments that you can buy at drug stores.
and repairing conditioners. dont use too much shampoo when you wash your hair and try not to use heat on it until it gets a bit better.. also trim off the ends (split ends, etc)
