My boyfriend of 3 and a half years left me for another girl. It was my fault because I suggested it but now that he's actually moved on it's killing me. I just sugggested a break for both of our own good but now he's falling in love with this girl.
Ever since he told me this my stomach's been really upset, I feel like I'm going to puke and I have diahrrea. I haven't really eaten anything in about three days or slept good. Is this all normal? What do you think?
Please don't be mean either, I know it's my fault.

It's NOT your fault my dear. If he was so willing to leave you, That WAS HIS MISTAKE! Your hurting now sweetie..just know that a wonderful man will come into your life very soon.Don't ever give your man to another girl again! Take control, love yourself and him the same way! Men are little boys in BIG clothes..I learned alot from this quote. Love them gentley like a mom would, they will melt in your hands and heart! Love them like a lusty love, they will be seeing hearts and stars!!!! That covers all the needed bases!

I realize that you were together for 3 years, but rather than sitting around and feeling sorry for yourself, move on. After all it was your idea. Keeping busy is the best way to get over someone. If you are meant to be together it will happen in the future. But if not than he and you will move on. And yes stress can cause a person to have all of the symptoms that you are having. You need to keep busy and not think about it so much. I wish you all the best. And just remember that there are a lot more fish in the sea. Good Luck dear.

The throwing up part doesn't seem normal to me! the upset stomach does, you need to make your self eat something even if it's soup! Cause not eating will make you sick more !! Make sure your not Pregnant also!! cause your throwing up and feeling sick. Or a virus? But nerves can do alot to your body for sure! You could have I.B.S. also which can make you run to the bathroom too , it;s caused from stress and your Nervous Stomach! Sounds like a nervous stomach cause you can;t eat ! which is from being stressed! take some pepcid ! I took that years ago when i had a nervous stomach and couldn't eat or anything, it was right after i left my first spouse and I lost alot of weight and couldn't eat, cause i was stressed,my doctor prescribed them to me! Now you can get them over the counter !!! They really worked! He said there good for a nervous stomach caused from stress like i had !!! Good luck and remmeber Life goes on . So why not try and enjoy it? You will meet someone else One day and you will be happy again and you will get over him, trust me!!! You have to want to get well and start making some changes for the good for yourself !!!!

stress can do all sorts of things, baby, so get up and get out into the world again. join a club go swimming, each time you eat pretend you are eating away at your probs. I did that to myself when I was young for too long and late in life am still paying the price healthwise. I know it is hard but no man or boy is worth doing this to yourself over. Be happy sweetheart and go fishing for a nicer fish OK?

Hmmm...i don't be conscious of approximately this. i'm a winemaker via commerce and that i frequently drink a pair or extra glasses of wine, and that i've got by no potential made the correllation between wine and bowel strikes. Are you conversing quite approximately white or crimson wines? Wine is plenty different than grape juice, chemically and physiologically, even though it would desire to be which you're having a different reaction. you have intrigued me now, nevertheless...i'll ought to ballot my coworkers and different industry acquaintances and see if every person's ever heard something on the subject of the relationship you have got here across.

As a person who know from experience, yes it can. The physical effects of stress, anxiety, or depression ( which are all basically the same things) can manifest themselves as anything from muscle aches to stomach or gastrointestinal problems. Which would explain your stomach issues. I would still not rule out that you may have a stomach flu or something that is purely physical. But, with your story, I would bet my money on stress.

Yes, stress can do many, many things to our bodies. It's really not your fault. You may have suggested it but he must have been wanting it. Afterall he has moved on already and is *falling in love* already. If he was so quick to lose his feelings for you and fall for someone else you did the right thing. Good luck I really feel your pain.

Lack of sleep alone can do this to you. Stress can can also cause ulcers. Make sure you force yourslef to eat healthy. I'm sorry you're goin through this, but you must have suggested it for a good reason. It's sounds tough but hang in there and take care of yourself! Good luck and yes, you are normal
