Floss the best antidepressant for you is the one that your Doctor prescibes. Also some times you have to try a few to see what is best for you and your condition Nobody can tell you what the best one is just because it is popular does not mean that it is the best. That is simply sales crap nothing to do with how effective it is on each individual.Medications do cost money although we pay a hell of alot more for them than they are to make and big companies try to get doctors to use them.Real sad cause health should not be used a a pawn to make money in my opinon

There is no such thing necessarily as the "best" anti-depressant. You have to work with your doctor to find the best combination. It can take years to get the results and balance that you need in your life.

Depends on the dosage. Its working for me at (325 mg) a day, But Sometimes I feel a little out of it. celexa and Lexapro Didn't help one bit , the actually made my depression worse.
Ask your doctor if its right for you.

It's the best one I've been on and it's done wonders for me. I haven't been on many though. I was on Zoloft (did nothing) and Lexapro (worked well but wasn't enough).
