Question is at end.

The Bible clearly states that no unclean thing can enter the kingdom of Heaven.

Only through accepting the sacrifice of Jesus can we be let into Heaven. If we don't believe in it, then it was in vain.

Imagine if a killer got off SCOTT FREE because he said it was sorry. Imagine the outrage.

We are just like killers. EVERY one of us.We deserve to go to Hell forever. But God so loved the world that if you believe in Jesus, your sins will be washed clean and you will be saved from Hell.

Hell is a horrible place. I do not want you to go there. Let Jesus into your hearts.

For those of you that are Christian, but have doubts, let me say this: Why do you have doubts? You have felt the Holy Spirit. You know for a FACT that it is true. I know the liberal media has an anti-Christian agenda. I know you have seen anti-Christian stuff, but this is all inspired by Satan just like Satan has put doubts in your head about Jesus being your savior, but it is the Truth

Do you really think you've tried hard enough to believe in Jesus and accept Him as your savior?

I don't want you to go to Hell. I want you to be saved. You must accept his sacrifice so your sins might be washed clean. I hope you find the Truth.

God bless.

Human sacrifice is an abomination! The belief that God would become human is the ultimate heresy!

Why are you bent on vengeance? I thought the theme of Christianity was forgiveness. Why would anyone believe in a God that condemns people to eternal torment simply for non-belief? If you studied the Jewish version of Judaism, you would discover that all mankind is eligible for forgiveness simply by asking God directly. What could be simpler than that?

Jesus was not the only one to die on the cross by the hands of the Romans. The streets were lined with thousands of rotting bodies hanging on crosses. It was a means of even more punishment for the Jews because Jews are forbidden to let any living thing suffer -- even the food we eat must have been slaughtered in the most humane method possible. Those are the things we learn from the Hebrew Bible. Why do Christians focus on violence and vengeance?

I think what you've said is very wise here but I'll challenge one statment. You say "You know for a FACT that it is true" Christianity is based on faith. Faith is not fact. If there were fact and there were proof then it wouldn't be faith and the Christian vs. Athiest mental war would be a lot less chaotic as the athiests would have no ground to stand on.

So really that's the answer there--there's doubt because there is lack of fact and proof. It's all "I feel that God is watching me" but I have no definate proof of his exsistence. Not to mention I'm bi-polar and if anyone knows how non trustworthy emotions are it's a bi-polar. I can't believe in something because I feel it's right. Feeling change too often. That said there is more to God that just feeling he's around... it's just that a lot of people base thier support of christainity on what they feel, and although as humans there's no escaping our emotional element, that's just not something most people can get behind.

History has already revealed that the Christ was not worshiped as a deity in his time. It was not until later that he was called a god. As to whether or not Christ the man ever really existed I think there is good reason to believe that he did. Just like we can assume that other historical figures were probably real. I think the problem here is that many get caught up in how we should think of Christ and then tend to ignore what Christ was trying to teach. No matter what discoveries are made in the future I will always have a great deal of respect for the wisdom of the teachings of the Christ. As for the dogma that was built up around the Jewish fellow that came to be know as Jesus Christ, well I think that much of it totally misses the point he was trying to make, this happens often when a organization with good intentions becomes self serving and strays from its roots.

O.K. Imagine if someone was wrongly convicted of a murder and put to death despite all evidence exonerating him. Imagine the outrage.

But If we are all "like killers," then we deserve hell.
If we all deserve hell, then we certainly deserve to be executed.
Ergo, by your own argument, no one is innocent and we all deserve a lethal injection in equal measure.

It goes against all faculty of human reason to put Hitler on par with Gandhi in measure of guilt, Voltaire with Ted Bundy or an ordinary person on par with a murderer.

Those who have differed and those who have doubted are those who have advanced humanity.

Every good person doubts their goodness, doubts the motives of their actions. It takes religion to convince them that a bruise on their personality makes them rotten to the core.

Alas! Brother John Dee,
Please saveth me from that horrible horrible hellish place thou fearfully speaketh of. Why didn't God warn Adam & Eve about the awful punishment in store for them, shouldest they eat the fruit of evil knowledge?
Showeth me how to believeth and accept Jesus' ransom sacrifice. How doth i let him into my heart? And what is this anti-Christian stuff from Satan that i shouldest beware of?
What is "Truth", Brother JohnDee, is this thy question at the end?

So what you are saying is have blind faith and do as the bible says and I'll be saved? Well no thanks because there is no proof of the existence of god. If god can do anything as some people claim and have stated in replies to questions that I read then god should be able to show himself to the entire world. But since he has not shows that god is not real.

So bring on the thumbs down believers

The day that you can explain why Jesus, if He was supposed to be THE only way to God, didn't come to ALL people in ALL places at ALL times, would be the day that I might -- just might -- reconsider Christianity.

As it is, news of Jesus travelled along lines of human transmission. If Jesus is the only way, the Christian God is very bad at sending out memos.

I've tried
I've read more than the Bible
If I had a child sired by God
I would have many things to
have written about it.
Mary wrote nothing?
It just doesn't make sense

I am sorry but your preface makes too many assumptions and is logicly unsound.

If you would honestly like for me to explain to you why I do not believe as you do then feel free to email me.

If you only want to preach, then you have done so.

Thank you. The bible states many things, but it also states that man has free will, and that Jesus died for EVERYONE, not just a few. So, there's no need to threaten anyone with hell when clearly there is no need to do so.
