Most causes of quadriplegia that I can think of are not genetic, so it's not like they would be putting the child at risk. As long as the kids are going to be well taken care of I don't see why not.

anybody willing to engage in sex should know the consequences. Your partner being handicapped has very little to do with your child's health outcome. unless it is genetic.
