I have never heard of that false teaching, but yes, that should dispel it.

You are right. As mentioned, thier sin was not listening to God and doing what they wanted. This is also shown when God pronounced his punishment for thier sin at Gen chapter 3. Verse 17-19 says:
17Â And to Adam he said: “Because you listened to your wife’s voice and took to eating from the tree concerning which I gave you this command, ‘You must not eat from it,’ cursed is the ground on your account. In pain you will eat its produce all the days of your life. 18Â And thorns and thistles it will grow for you, and you must eat the vegetation of the field. 19Â In the sweat of your face you will eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For dust you are and to dust you will return.”
The comand that God gave not to eat the fruit refered to the "tree of the knowledge of good and bad" mentioned at Gen 2:16-17. Eve also knew about this and told the serpent at Gen 3:1-3

Yes.
And intercourse isn't sin if you're joined by God first (like Adam and Eve were).

Their sin was disobedience, not having sex. That's just stupid. They were naked.
