How do i download .swf files from websites?

Question

I dont wanna go looking around in temporary internet files for the swf files. I need to download swf files from sites like these:

http://media.clubpenguin.com/artwork/rooms/1026/cove42.swf
http://media.clubpenguin.com/artwork/rooms/1026/pizza45.swf
http://play.clubpenguin.com/artwork/rooms/1026/cave42.swf

All those sites are SWF files. Hoe do i download them???

I have just tried, when I open moyea swf to video converter to import the .swf from IE cache, good luck, I found it
so you don't have to download it, when you open the website, it automaticly in your IE cache
