Ew...

Happy pagan new year! Please take this anti-pagan gospel and read it in celebration!

(I'm exaggerating to anyone offended)

Honestly if I got one of those while trick or treating I would pull every trick in the book on that house I would go to the store buy all the eggs TP etc. get a friend or 2 and go crazy it just doesn't seem right to push religion on kids especially when we want candy that will rot our teeth and to eat that candy till we puke. Besides Halloween is not all about sacrifice and stuff like that it is about having fun getting candy and giving a good scare or 2. happy Halloween :D

I just saw your link to chick.com and stopped there. When I was a kid, some jerk put several anti-Catholic Chick tracts into my Halloween bag. I come from a devout Italian Catholic family. My parents went berserk. My dad actually went out trying to find who did that. He was really angry. It wrecked Halloween that year. I don't want any other kid to have an experience like that.

No. That's stupid. Kids come to your door for candy, if you try to teach them the gospel they will just laugh at you. Good grief. All these tracts do are scream "Hey did you know that God made the world??!!"
And I am all for witnessing but giving kids a dumb booklet instead of candy on devil-day is just showing them how annoying Christians are.

when I first just looked at the cover and read the descritions I thought "it isn's so bad, parents can take them out of the bags if they want to". Then I read the Ghost one... we go to church etc.. but my kids would be scared of the story!!! Really, I would never show my kids a picture of the Devil like that- the story is scary, the pictures are scary..... it is crazy!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, lets find another excuse to force religion on those who aren't even old enough to make a decision on their own! I am totally for that. Under all circumstances. No day should just be about fun.

There ya go. Give little kids nightmares about an evil guy with horns. That's just great.

LOL... It will simply go into the trash as I do the yearly "Candy Inspection" getting rid of all candy that looks unwrapped, partially unwrapped, rewrapped or in any other way not quite right...

If you want to purchase them and hand them out go for it, it's your money to waste anyway you see fit...

This holiday is supposed to be fun & creative
for the kids.
Giving out tracts would be participating in
the celebration.
Please don't pass out Religious Pamphlets

Yes it is, whats so bad about it. If the parents sont want them to have it, they can take it away. Its just that simple. How can such goodness be offending to people. I suppose you would rather have your kids recieve a booklet on 2 mommies or 2 daddies, of course, then we would all be happily politically correct!!!
