China is preventing the world to know its wrongdoings in Tibet. China tries to cover its illegal occupation of Tibet and atrocities committed against innocent Tibetans.

The dalai lama is promoting Tibetan sovereignty , but Tibet is officially a part of China so it's like receiving a Kurdish or Basque leader. But he's not a saint either, just watch the episode of Penn & Teller "Holier than thou"

They used it as a matter of defense and friendly protection, bro. And in this world right now, anything is possible. I mean, after 9/11, you just don't know anymore.
There is nothing that prohibits another country warning of a possible fallout with a leader like Lama. Consider that China might have been doing a favor rather than discriminating.
Canada however, didn't respond exactly how I expected.

they tried to do the same thing when Bush gave the Dalai Lama a freedom medal. Can't understand why they be so upset they don't understand the first thing about freedom anyway. China is just trying to be a bully, but Bush just laugh at them.
