Where can you find the book "reef points" and what is the book the the plebes at annapolis memorize out of?

Also, please explain what the plebes have to memorize during plebe summer and plebe year.

Reef Points IS the book. Part of what makes a Good Naval Officer is being able to do YOUR OWN research and work.

You will be given a copy when you report for Plebe Summer.
