I am receiving emails from the same address but they include up to fifty other address's. I find this rude but would like to know what are the security risks?

I don't believe it's a big security risk because you give your e-mail address out to people all the time so I wouldn't be too worried about that. If the e-mail is from a friend or family member and it's just a joke or something like that I wouldn't consider it to be rude because lots of people don't know how to hide multiple e-mail addresses. If the e-mail is from a business or some professional organization I think it's very unprofessional and whenever I get e-mails like that I send an e-mail back telling them how unprofessional that is.

Big security risk.Say I get a joke with 50 other people's email addresses. I can do whatever I want with those addresses. When someone I know forwards stuff without deleting the other people's emails, I tell them how to forward properly. Nothing worse than having to click a message only to have another window open which also has to be clicked & so on & so on. I usually just delete it without even reading it.

It's a security risk alright. What if I know somebody but do not have their email address, but lo and behold i get it from someone else, now I can flame that person if i want to.

Do not care about it, it doesn't matter, if you recieve a stranger's email, delete it, that's all.
