I am going to roast my pumpkin seeds but it is too late tonight....can I wait until tomorrow? If so, should I soak them in water or just leave them covered in a bowl? Thanks!

I have mine in a tuppeware container in the fridge, but they are seasoned with salt and cayenne pepper. I hope to get them in the oven tomorrow.

I would spread them out on your cookie sheet and just cover them with a clean dish towel.

They will be fine, just leave them soaking in salt water.

Clean them and put them in the frig. over night.
