They had cleared them all out when I went to the store and I couldn't find it anywhere else either. I really wanted the recipe for that cheesecake. It was near the back of the issue and rediculously simple. Just what I need. The magazine doesn't have a site to search, so I was wondering whether anyone would be good enough to post it. I just need the ingredients and the basic method. Thank you.

This is the one you are looking for from the cover of the magazine out in October. This is my edited version. If you need more specific directions let me know. I wanted to make sure I got the basic down at least.

Layered Pumpkin Cheesecake
serves 16
1 box (7 oz) ginger lemon creme sandwich cookies
2 tbs melted light butter
2 tubs refrigerated cheescake filling
1 can pumpkin puree
1 1/2 tps pumpkin pie spice

Garnish:toasted pecan halves, caramel sauce
1. 8 inx 3in springform pan coated with non-stick spray
Chop cookies in food processor. add melted butter, process until they begin to stick together. Press into pan.
2. Stir one tub of cheesecake filling until smooth. Pour on top of crumb layer.
3. Stir remaining tub of cheesecake filling with pumpkin puree and spices until smooth. Evenly spread over plain cheesecake layer.Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
4. To serve: Remove pan sides and place pecans around top of edge of cake. Drizzle sauce on top.
