Great question--- If you start your day with carbs---cereal or breads you set your insulin clock for the day and you will eat more and eat more carbs because of the mid am and pm carb crash. If you start your day with protein (a whey shake, canadian bacon, hard boiled egg, salmon, hard cheese, etc...) OR even a better a lowcal small portion protein/carb combo (fresh fruit topped yogurt or peanut butter on whole grain toast) your body will be very happy and your daily needs will be better met. Bon Appetit

Well do you not want sugar, or carbohydrates? Both give you energy... If you don't want to eat something high in sugar, buth high in carbs, you should eat breads, oats, etc... (oat meal too!) If you need something low in Suagar and Carbs, but high in fat, you should eat protien (eggs, sausage, ham, meat!)
This is hard to answer because you werent very specific, but I would say stay away from sugary cereals, and eat lots of fruits!

Well, it appears that regardless of what you want to eat in the morning, you will NEED to eat some carbs, considering the amount of alcohol you've had tonight.

Both bread and macaroni generally have sugar in them. Try grits.

Everything you eat turns to some form of sugar. Fructose or glucose.
So nothing.
