In dance a little girl's dad always tries fliriting with me. I like him, he's nice and funny, and not to mention helpful in dance. The only problem is that he's already married. I've tried telling him but he just ignores me. How am I supposed to handle this?

if you are not already married, try slipping on a fake wedding ring! my niece uses that trick when she goes out on the week-ends. :)

Are you mad that he's ignoring you or mad that he's married and flirting with you?

If it's that he's married and flirting with you...no kidding. Just ignore him.

If it's that you think he's flirting with you, but when you try to take it further, he ignores you...take the hint and back off.

Edit - OMG - you're the teacher. Must be awkward for you. I would assume then, (although it's not quite clear...sorry if I'm misunderstanding you) that you're not interested in married men. I'd either make very limited contact with him and ignore his flirtations, or take him aside one day and tell him straight out.

Just be upfront with him and tell him you appreciate the attention but you do not date married men.

tell him you are not comfortable with his flirting and that if he doesnt stop you will have to return his money and remove his daughter from class

obviously you really dont want to do this and make sure he knows that

Talk to the teacher, you might not be the only one.
