Not only HOW you're cooking, but also what cut of hcicken, whole or in peices, with bone or without, with skin or without.

Regardless of all that, if you have a meat thermometer, cook it until the meat is 165ºF and when you cut into it, the juices are clear, not cloudy.

Until its done i guess ..until there is no pink or red in the middle ..if there is pink its not done ...! And it also depends on what kind of chicken you are making ....! Hope this helps !
