Be not drunk with wine, in which is excess; but be filled with the Spirit (Eph 5:18);

And in the Greek it is present perfect tense, which would indicate a continual filling of the Spirit. "Be ye being filled," but that isn't good English grammar. But that is Greek. We don't have a present perfect tense in English as such.

Do you dispensation-as in period of time. I ask because of the weird spelling. A dispensation is simply that- a period of time. To be filled w/ the spirit is to have the Holy Ghost. See the book of Acts. It is essentially the birth of the spirit. It puts us in God's family. When we are filled w/ the spirit we will speak in other tongues as the spirit of God gives the utterance.
