i know two girls that likes the same guy? one is older and the other one is younger. He gets along with one girl well because of her personality but he looks at the other one because of her physical. so who do he wants?

I think two sisters who are both after the same guy are having a serious sibling rivalry. This cannot end well for any of them. Stop and think, then look for a relationship with some respect in it.

If they're sisters then this is big trouble, this guy does not sound worth it at all. Respecting one for the personality is great, but meanwhile he's looking at the other thinking he'd just like something physical and yet at the end of all this he could be breaking up an amazing sisterhood or friendship (which happens to the best of friends because of a guy)
He needs to stop being like that and these girls need to move on and know this guy is a jerk playing both of them like that.
Plenty of great men out there, no point wasting your time on the losers

obviously he wants both or he might just keeping his options open.
Well, i think one (or both) of the girls should give up. dont ask a guy to choose...they suxed at choosing when they know there are two girls interested in him.

the pretty one most likley but then it won't last guys can be so shallow they both need 2 stay away from him.
