GET OUT THERE!!!! Actually, you can catch bass in any temperature, but you are talking a range still comfortable for the FISHERMAN. Have fun out there, wish I could join you.

I Bass fish year round...it doesn't matter what the air temperature is, but what the water temperature is...I have noticed through my many years of fishing that even if it is cold outside the water still may be warm...example...I fished a tournament this past Saturday here in Georgia...the air temp was 49 at launch, but the water temp was 79...it takes longer for the water to cool than the air...the water temp here usually stays in the 60's until January...the lowest it may go is upper 40's, but last year it stayed in the lower 50's...the best water temp for Bass is between 65-70...just like it would be for us...the only thing you need to do different when the water temp is below 65 is fish slower..Bass bite all year long, but this time of year, the Fall, they are fattening up for the winter because they do not eat as often as they do in the summer or spring...so they eat all they can before the winter...this is probably my favorite time of year to fish...have fun...hope this helped...

Are you kidding ! It's the best time of the year. Largemouth bass are most active when the water temp is between 60 and 64 degrees. Tie on a buzzbait and cast the shallow cover.

Striped bass bite best when water temps are below 65 degrees. I've caught my biggest bass in December and the end of November. Those are the months they are feeding up for their winter hiberation.

the temperature really does'nt matter when you use dynamite. Those things just pop to the surface begging to be fried and eaten
