Of course you swallow saliva all the time a sleep and a wake you just haven't know Ti's it, and you have just a Little bit of saliva, that why you don't drool.

Your saliva is the first step in your body's digestion process. You swallow your saliva all the time. sleeping, awake and especially when you eat.

That is a question I never really thought about before. And it's pretty interesting. Based on what I'm reading, you do swallow in your sleep.
I don't know if this is true or not, but some months ago, I read that in one's lifetime, they eat at least 7 spiders in their sleep. Hm?

You quit producing as much saliva in your sleep, so you don't need to swallow.
