I'd take my chances with Blackwater any day of the week.

Blackwater Security, is the way to go during all the terrorist attacks, but once Peace is found in the region and all U.N. Military has left, then I would feel safe with the Iraqi Police. I firmly believe that the Iraqi's will gain back control of their own Government and reign over the country with their own Laws and Regulations. But it takes time. Once this level of Iraqi Power has been accomplished then Iraqi Police will give their own Military Security.

Iraqi Police is better because they know the place unlike the Blackwater who is briefed only on the importance of oil.
