Hi,

I wonder if the spouse could have benefits
(such as paying tuition fee only as much as canadians pay ) as a Canadian
when I have two year work permit in Canada.

Please somebody advise.

A worker in Canada who is not a ciizen is not entitled to benefits as Canadians in terms of tuition fee.

Only Canadian citizens and permanent residents qualify for domestic tuition fees.

As a temporary work permit holder, your spouse may be eligible for an open spousal work permit. While your permit limits you to the employer listed on the permit, an open permit has no employer restriction.
