All my pages in my united states passport are filled up but i want to travel internationally. Do i have to wait for them to mail me a new passport or new pages or will the agent at the airport just stamp over old stamps? Or find little spaces and try and stamp there?

It depends on what country you are going to. Most probable they dont need to stamp on new pages but some will stamp on the same page for both admitted stamp & departure stamp. Some countries does need to go through immigration when youl leave then they just need one small space. But if you just have some small space then you need a good attitude immigration officer (depends on your luck and the mood of the officer) I know some countries can get extra pages but not sure whether it's normal procedure for all countries!

get more pages ASAP. In the US this can take a while... if you live close to the border though, I would recommend going to a US diplomatic mission and having this done while you wait.

EG... It took me 4 weeks to get my passport back in the mail when I had pages added.

It took me 30 minutes at the Embassy in Santo Domingo.
