A new 'Cuda was spotted at the Mopar booth at the pre-opener for SEMA today. Do you like the looks of it?

I'll be meeting up with the guy who took the pictures tonight. Hopefully can get more details.

I found more about the car last night at a mopar get together at the Hard Rock.

One of the mopart parts vendors that makes pistol grip shifters and other resto parts for our old mopars helped fill me in.

It was apparently parked in the mopar area under their permission, but is a custom that a guy had built.

The Chrysler people said it wasnt their design. There was talk from a person or two of uncofirmed work on a 'cuda project. But no official word yet. Dang, I was so excited when the editor of car domain posted the car. It's a good looking car.

Maybe more news will come this week from the Chrysler team this week.

I LIKE IT.

But it looks a lot like the 1970's Cuda so I probably have a prejudice.

I am certain there will be improvements before it gets approval to be assembled. And since the "Plymouth" badge has been discontinued, it will most likely be called a "Chrysler Cuda" Which doesn't sound so bad now that I have verbalised it.

Please build it with that screaming 6.0L Hemi.....

I love the look but is it going to be a Dodge Cuda or a Chrysler Cuda or are they going to try and resurect Plymouth or is it a one off show car.

Looks great! I didn't know one was in the works.

I have to say the hood scoop and fiber hood look pretty lame and they didn't work very hard on the interior....but I'm sure that will all be worked out before it is released...which I hope it will be.

I like it a LOT better than the challanger. The challanger looks fat and bloated, like a micro machine version of the original. They avoided a lot of that with this Cuda.

Oh, man, that is sweet looking. A good blend of old school and new design. I want one.

Very sweet. I don't particularly care for the hood & scoop, either..but overall I am lovin' it!

Nice overall design, but the hood looks cheesy. And the interior looks like it was taken from a Chinese Taxi. WTF?
