I tend to get angry really easily and lose my temper quite often, and I have a bad attitude sometimes. Can anyone tell me how to change this or fix it? Thanks.

the word is strategy, and it is good that you are aware that you react abnormally. Suggest you ask your doctor about a good therapist for anger management. Until you get a handle on it, I would suggest that you simply walk away from a situation that makes you angry.

It could be depression. People that are shame based also exhibit behaviors like this.
The anger comes from feelings of inadequacy. We can project how we feel about ourselves onto others. When you begin to feel angry take a look at what is happening at that moment. Usually there is a feeling that precedes anger. Once you can determine what makes you feel inadequate you can begin to short circuit the cycle.
An example would be telling yourself that you should be good at something just because you are a woman. At some point you can accept that what ever it is, like a cook. Then you begin to accept yourself the way you are. That's why they make frozen dinners or have restaurants. Or a man that is not mechanically inclined. Men believe they should be able to fix anything. Many men have difficulty putting gas in a car. They feel inadequate, get angry, deal with the anger in inappropriate ways because they are ashamed. The cycle continues until they have hurt someone they care for. They end up apologizing for their behavior and wait for another episode.
