Most of the time, I do. Sometimes, if the preacher is boring, or if he is covering the same old subject in the same old way I've heard it a million times before, I do sort of just zone out.
Heck, I'm not perfect, either!

I do love the singing, though! I love to let my voice just soar through the building and on beyond...
I feel more alive when I am singing my heart out to God than I do at any other time...

OH, and yes, I do pay attention to prayer requests. And I do pray for people...yes, even people on the internet.

I do. My children also pay attention. I hang onto every word because I enjoy church. I enjoy the praise and worship, generally all the sermons and the after fellowship.

Eh, no. I do feel bad about it, though. I try so hard to pay attention but my mind is somewhere else. I have an attention disorder or something, lol.

Yes, I do. My pastor preaches interesting and thought provoking sermons. They are full of God's love and mercy and rarely are the "......and if you don't change you're going to Hell. God will send you to the fiery depths where you'll burn for all eternity......." Some times he does monologues where he portrays Judas or Joseph or Pontius Pilot or Moses etc.... They are really good and captivating. I think I would enjoy his sermons even if I weren't married to him!! LOL

I take it you watch the Simpson's.
You have been programmed to believe that!

In all actuality, a good bible based church is really interesting.

Yes, I enjoy church very much. I try to absorb as much of each service as I can.

When I was a Christian, I tried. But some preachers are just so boring and say such distasteful things.

Only the times I get something out of it. (IOW, if I don't pay attention, I don't get anything out of it)

I do...otherwise - why would I go?
