Marinate steak.

Tomato soup makes a great natural tenderizer.
Add a little honey or brown sugar
mustard
ginger
pepper ( no salt the tomato soup has plenty )
mix is a flat dish and add your meat ...cover and refrigerate for several hours or over night.

Then grill or pan broil.

I make both of these for a twist.

Souped up tomato soup

INGREDIENTS
1 pound bulk Italian sausage
6 cups beef broth
1 (28 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 cups sliced zucchini
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 garlic clove, minced
2 cups frozen cheese tortellini
grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker; add the next 13 ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or until the vegetables are tender.
Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain. Stir into slow cooker; cover and cook 30 minutes longer. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Minute tomato soup with tortellini

INGREDIENTS
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 1/2 ounces fresh tortellini pasta

DIRECTIONS
Prepare soup in a medium saucepan according to package directions. Add the oregano, basil, parsley and ground black pepper, stirring well, over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, reduce heat to low and add the tortellini. Continue to simmer for 5 more minutes, or until tortellini is cooked.

You can make a sloppy joe mix using Campbell's tomato soup. The recipe is sometimes printed on the inside of the label?

We do pork chops or pork steaks, or cut smaller pieces of pork butt (shoulder)...also hamburger patties.

Just brown the meat in the frying pan, add sliced onions, & the tomato soup. Salt & pepper to your taste. Cover & simmer, ocassionally basting soup over meat. When soup has turned into a thick sauce, serve! (We serve with rice, but also good with mashed potatoes)

BTW... This can also be done with Cream of Mushroom Soup!

You can use it to flavor ground beef & add chile powder, hot sauce, etc. to make a taco or burrito filling.

You can change it up and make a bisque by adding heavy whipping cream instead of water. Simmer it slowly and then add fresh chopped parsley. Or you can make a slammin meatloaf by adding the tomato soup to the mixture of hamburger, onion, garlic and pepper. You bake it for 1 hour and you're good to go.

You can toss it in with a roast if you eat meat. Try adding sour cream with the soup and crackers when its cold. Any type of sauce for the most part like etoffee or even chicken stew...always use in anything that calls for tomatoes...you really cant go wrong with it....but my daughter loves the sour cream in the middle of her soup with crackers on the edge ...she says its real pretty...good luck...CHEERS!!

You can use one of them is this:

SAUCY STEAK SPECIAL

1 ½ lbs. round or family steak
1 Tbls cooking oil (your choice)
½ cup chopped onion
1 10 ½ can tomato soup
½ cup water
¼ cup sherry
1 Tbls cornstarch
2 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp soy sauce

Cut meat into serving size or bite size (my preference) pieces. Brown in oil in large fry pan. Add onion and cook until tender.

Stir in soup, water and sherry.

Combine cornstarch with Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Add to meat mixture and blend well. Simmer, covered, about 1 ½ hours until meat is tender, Serve over noodles or rice. Check seasonings, may need some salt before serving.

If you have a slow cooker, a small one that is, put one can of soup, one can of mixed veggies and a small amount of roast and let it cook for about 3-4 hours on high and it makes yummy veggie beef soup.
