Anybody know any tattoo parlors in southern CA that don't care what age you are? And that don't ask for parent permission first?

Any REPUTABLE place will want to to be of age.
If they tatt you without proper permission and age, they can lose their license.
if they don't care, I would think twice about risking my tatt, skin and overall health (think viruses and bacteria from an unclean environment) at a place like that.
Its worth the wait, Sweetie. Do it right because its permanent.

If you must get a tattoo right now and your not old enough to get one the only place i know that will work on a minor would be places in venice beach but i would strongly advise you from getting any ink or pericing done thier a few friends had it done and the work was cheap and looked like crap and they all had infections so i would just wait till you turn 18 and find a great artist to work on you trust me its worth the wait...

I can tell you a few good places in cali - or so cal...
but, if they are good, they arent going to tattoo just anyone, you need proof of age. Sorry babe, try again when you are 18.
