what are the pros and cons? is there really a difference in smell

we have to write a paper for sociology class about misconceptions of old rituals..and i got assigned circumcision, and i am circumcised, and a straight male, so I do not have a slightest idea what being uncircumcised is like and what it is like for a woman. All i know is that some of my female friends said its "nasty to blow uncut guys" any input is helpful. thanks

Usually because it's what they're used to. This only really happens in the US, or Muslim and Jewish faiths, where they're used to circumcision. In many other cultures where circumcision is rare or odd, like Europe, Scandinavia, New Zealand, there is no such problem with a normal penis.

I've never been with a cut guy, only uncut, and so far never experienced a bad smell or taste or smegma or anything. If the guy washes then that's not gonna happen. And I wouldn't do it with a cut guy who didn't wash! So I would say it more depends on the individual.

Your female friends are probably either going on what they heard from others, going on myths, or an experience which they went into determined not to like. It seems a common attitude over in the US.

There is a lot more you can do for oral with the foreskin compared to without. I think perhaps some girls prefer without because they're scared it'll be too difficult, and the glans is too moist, I dunno.

I think it's more of a cultural thing. Most American males are circumcised so more women prefer men who are like that. That's because they're more used to seeing a circumcised male than uncircumcised one. In other parts of the world, like in Europe, where this procedure is seldom done, the women prefer uncircumcised men. As for cleanliness, an uncircumcised man who bathes regularly is cleaner than a circumcised man who doesn't. I don't really know why some men seem to think that being circumcised is an excuse for them not to clean themselves there.

Mostly because that's what we're used to. It's also easier for Oral Sex as you don't have to keep holding the skin back. Not a big deal though I do prefer that a guy is.

Very few if any Aussie men get circumcised, its just whats expected. Only for medical reasons really.
Theres no difference, if both kept clean.

Here in Colombia in general the mans do not circimcised because is considerated minus man your understand me, only is good this option when there are sexual sickness, the infections.
