Nope. They are simply God's messengers. They can only do His bidding.

If Satan was an angel that rebelled against God, then either angels have free will or God destined some of them to be rebellious because he likes competition.

According to my religion, angels do not have free will. They can only do God's bidding and Satan does have a free will as he is not an angle but a jinn.

Only the smart angels are there with God, God don't force anyone or angel to do what it is they don't want to do. so yes they like us have free will.
Only smart angels stay with an all powerful, but loving- compassionate, gentle, and merciful God:)

Yes they do. They do not have a soul though.
That is why many angels left with Lucifer (Angel) when he wanted to take over heaven. They had the free will to choose. One third choose to leave with Lucifer.

St. Augustine says: 'Angel' is the name of their office, not of their nature. If you seek the name of their nature, it is 'spirit'; if you seek the name of their office, it is 'angel': from what they are, 'spirit', from what they do, 'angel. With their whole beings the angels are servants and messengers of God. Because they "always behold the face of my Father who is in heaven" they are the "mighty ones who do his word, hearkening to the voice of his word".
As purely spiritual creatures angels have intelligence and will: they are personal and immortal creatures, surpassing in perfection all visible creatures, as the splendor of their glory bears witness

Duh! How do you explain the devil?! He was one of God's angels. The most beautiful one, named Lucero. Well, Lucero knew he was really beautiful and even wanted to be like God. So he rebelled and fought God with his angels, and was thrown to what is now known as Hell. That's how Satan was created. Did he have free will? Hell yea!
