Yell and Scream and then meditate... I have to get it out verbally and then I have to let the energy go..

Obsess over being more spiritual, over self improvement. But don't do it by worrying. Meditate, exercise, eat healthy, and develop what gifts you have. Focus on trying to positively contribute to the world. Burn up the energy, that makes you obsessive, through productive pursuits. Obsessive energy can be made to work to your benefit.

I usually try to take a step back and make my self relax by going to a happy place in my head or just taking deep breaths. Breathing exercises have helped me out over the years when i stress about the small things in life.

Well, feel better is over stating. I generally end up realizing I was obsessing and I have to end up apologizing to others around me who I stressed out with my ranting and raving.
This usually leaves me feeling humbled.

Go to a movie, watch TV, go out to eat, have a cocktail, cook a meal, shop online, answer questions...
Sometimes I repeat things to myself, like "everything's okay" "I'm okay as a person" depends on what I'm obsessing about...seems to help.
