cuz ive called like 80 gazillion places and they all say you have to be 16 or 17. uhhh... does anybody know places that someone at 15 can work at?

Some places (restaurants) you actually CAN work... like you can be a busboy or something...

I don't know where you live but in California you can work at 15 with a work permit.

Depends where you are, I know goldenspoon in california hires at 15, also Sign holding companys!

No we have been checking on this too.
without working papers you could do jobs for neighbors.
yard work and child care..
Once in awhile a resturant will hire for dishes but they arenot suppose to.

My daughter moved lawns. She scour bad lawns and make em a deal they couldn't refuse usually 25$ and they pay gas.
