Not only does meditation help relax the body, mind, but helps your spirit open up to stored knowledge, and other purposes, such as astral travel or projection if the meditation is deep enough, giving peace, and allowing the spirit to feel free as it may take excursions on it's own.

i do meditation in tai chi fighting form

all you need to know is that meditation can enable you to control your mind in the way you want to..this can be helpful in many ways.

every1 has different ways of meditating..u need to find ur own way.start by closing your eyes and imagining ur in a place u love..when u can see and smell the things around u .. then u know u can control ur own mind.then u can use meditation in the way u want to..

basically it cant help u until u practise.. start simple!

It helps relax your mind and body so your not living in anxiety and stress.
Stress and anxiety can cause sicknesses....heart,ulcers,and other things.


I ,myself meditate on The Bible.

Meditation helps slow your breathing and teaches you to concentrate better. It also keeps you from using multiple "s's,l's,and p's."

well, i dont know about meditation--but what you should do is quiet your mind and ask God into your heart--start by reading the Gospel of John.
