I have an arched foot, and I tend to get a pain in the back of my heel while doing more strenous exercises. Heel cups don't work all that well, and I can't wear them while exercising. I keep my foot in an Ace bandage while I'm not moving around. What do you recommend, other than keeping my foot elevated?

Go and see a Podiatrist and get the problem sorted with professional help. Remember, your feet have the weight of your body for the rest of your life, so messing around with them now, could mean serious ankle, knee, hip, spine problems later in life.
