For over a year my nose intermittently completely stops up and remains so and then for no reason unstops for a while before stopping up again whether I take meds or not. I have tried otc meds and a few prescription meds. Nothing works to alleviate the symptoms. It's worse when I lie down to sleep. When I get up from sleeping, my nose starts dripping. I am taking meds for high blood pressure and have been told not to take a decongestant. When I sat down to type this, it was stopped up ...and now.. suddenly it is completely unstopped. I have no doubt it will be completely stopped up again before long. I've been to the doctor without getting any results. HELP! If you can ..... Thanks.

Tex: It might not be that you are lying down...it might be what you are lying down on! If you are like me and allergic to dust mites then you have to be very careful what you sleep on and the types of couches, etc you sit on. These mites are microscopic and feed on shed human skin. The highest concentration is in the bedroom because we collect dead skin where we sleep. Gross but true. I am giving you a link to a page that tells you how to set up a dust mite free room. You will also need to get these special covers for your mattress and pillow. I also wash my sheets in this special de-mite stuff that works wonders I will give you a link to that also. You aren't going to stop the symptom until you get to controlling the protein that is causing the allergic reaction.

Have you tried a Neti pot? It sounds really strange, but it does work. It looks like a little teapot. You mix up a saline solution (so it doesn't sting), tilt your head sideways, and pour it into one nostril until it comes out of the other. In the process, it washes all the dust, allergens, etc. out of your sinuses and nasal passages. Like I said, it sounds pretty strange, and at first, it feels pretty strange, but it's made a huge difference in my allergies that Claritin can't touch. You can pick one up at your local drugstore for a few dollars.

It means that your lung is weak compared with other organs.
If you make your lung and throat strong, the nose will be normal.

To protect your body from outside surroundings, your lung
is sensitively responding.

The herbal treatment will be only and best way.

You can read cases written in english regarding lung in this site http://www.harabiclinic.com/ .
