Only if I'm jogging too. I try to smile and greet people in general. I find it throws them off and makes for a warm and fuzzy. To be clear, by greet, I mean smile and wish them a good day, not establish a conversation or become a pest!! ;-)

I always make an attempt to. First i look at them in the corner of my eye...if they look like they may look up at me I look and smile.
