I have a 7 year old basset hound and she is has been shaking on and off for the past two weeks. At first it appeared to be just her front legs, so we thought she hurt them, but it's all over now. We have taken her temp and it's 101.3F

Shaking is often a sign of pain.

Off to the vet.

It could be seizers, bassets can be prone to them. Or it could be poison too, and that can also progress over time. Get to a vet asap to rule out something deadly.

I feel bad for your dog! I would definitely take him in and get him looked at! Two Weeks id a long time for a problem that hasn't improved!
Maybe if you have changed for recently it will be as simple as that.

Shaking can be a sign of pain. She could have hurt her neck or spine. Check up time!

The safest idea is to check it out at the vet. They know pretty much anything. It's best to be safe than sorry.
