Did you provoke the attack? Most, if not all cats give you a warning first, sorry, I just find it hard to believe your cat just attacked you. I am a cat lover, I've been a mommy to a total of 3 and currently have 2. They are my kids and they are strictly indoor cats.

I love cats, and treat them like people. They're very sensitive, and can detect changes that people might not notice. The change in your aura, being pregnant, may have upset her. I had a cat that slept on my chest every night, then, one night, she leapt off my bed, waking me up. I wondered what could've caused that, then the room started shaking. She sensed an earthquake moments before it started.

hi chick,
i have one cat called tigger and i love her! I'm used to having all kinds of pets around me. I'm pregnant and I'm sure my cat senses something as she has bitten me a few times since being pregnant, but i think its because i haven't given her that much attention and it may of been the same case with you! try not to be scared as they sense it and the best way to overcome something is to face it! hope this helps.

I love kitties! I just got two 5 week old kittens and I already love them to pieces! I have cats almost all my life, half of them wild and the other half hand raised. They have all been very different but all very loving.

hi bumpa
i have 4 cats and i love them..................
many years ago when i was a boy i had 15 none of them ever attacked me ...
the only reason i think a cat would attack somebody is if it had something wrong like a tooth ake....or something
cats are lovely pets .. maybe you should get a kitten and start over.... good luck ........give them another try...get a kitten.....

I adore cats, and wouldn't be without mine for the world. They rarely sit on my lap, but climb into my arms for frequent cuddles. We have conversations, me in Enlgish, them miaowing. Although we speak different languages, we understand each other very well, and I can never complain about the way any of them show their love for me.

Yes but some cats are a bit mad. They are not all the same though, just like people.

Phobias again..... irrational!!... I absolutely love cats , they have their own personalities , sometimes affectionate , always clever. Rather 'less-dependent' than '****-machines' (Mutts). They have their own minds , tell you what they want , they talk to you. You have to be 'in cink' with them though. If you had a bad prang in your motor , would that put you off driving again? It occurred 'once' and you have become averse to cats.... how irrational is that?

I love cats, I can honestly say it would upset me more to see a cat or a kitten die than a baby
