I was homeschooled through high school and it totally sucked!! I had no choice because my parents made me, but I would have loved to go to public school. I missed out on so much!! Prom, school events, school clubs, and graduation. Sure you can join clubs and stuff outside of school, but I would give anytihng to have been able to experience school function and clubs.
You can make friends plenty of places besides school. If you want to be homeschooled simply because you move a lot, then even if you are homeschooled you would still have to move. You would still have to leave the friends you did make regardless of where you go to school.
Homeschooling doesn't change the fact that you move a lot. You would still have to go through the same situations of leaving friends, starting over etc.

You don't need to go to school to make friends. The friends I do the most things with now were NOT people I went to school with. Or even worked with.

Home schooling can't be beat! My oldest son started to college at the ripe old age of 16! He had his first degree at 18... School settings are a poor place to make friends anyway. Try church, youth clubs, the Y, etc.

Get home schooled!
You can still make friends out side of a public school. Get involved in activities in your city and stuff.

Public school is probally the way to go.
You can make friends there way easier then any place else.
and staying at home for school can make you insecure when you have to go to a school. or job. ect.
