When I was in Prague this last summer, I did see some black people there, but I believe they were from England. I'm not sure, actually, because they were trying to sell me a boat ride that I wasn't interested in. Most people from the Czech Republic are not black, but you might see some tourists from other areas who are (Prague is full of tourists). If you see a Czech person of color, they are likely to have Romani ancestry.

You know, you can only be African-American if you live in America and are black. (It means a American person of African descent)

If you are black and live in Prague... well, you're a Czech. You could use the term "African-Czech" but I doubt they'd use the term, and likely would think you were being quite rude. They don't distinguish by race so much in Europe. You can just BE. Many thinkit's more racist to be consious of the race of others, and label them, than to just accept them as anyone else.

And certainly there are ethnic people in Czech Republic, Prague is a vibrant, thriving city. From what I hear it's the best place to go tehse days, beautiful, old and just happening.
