W-2's will come in about mid January. When you have all of your tax documents, you can file your taxes, but the holiday and prefile loans that were offered last year are not going to be offered this year. That decision was made by the bank that finances all of the tax refund anticipation loans for the big 3 tax agencies. (Jackson & Hewitt, Liberty and H&R Block)

Your employer must have your W-2 to you or in the mail by January 31. They won't be out before the end of the year. And as of now, the tax places don't plan to have the pre-holiday loans available this year.

You mean the W-2 forms, I assume. Employers are supposed to provide them no later than the end of January. Then you have to file your tax return with IRS.

You will get W2 from your employer in the end of January 2008. Immediately file your return online and opt for direct deposit in your bank account. You should be getting refund credited to your account in less than 2 weeks.
