Would be revelant in todays' society? 2000 years later?
Matthew 24:
And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the a sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
For many shall come in my name, saying, I am bChrist; and shall deceive many.
And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
All these are the beginning of sorrows.
We live in what Jesus spoke

He knew because Jesus was God manifested in the flesh. The Bible tells us that specifically. See col.1:15,Col.2:9 for 2 examples, there are more. God knows all things. Also is from all eternity. You are right we live in the times now that Jesus spoke of then.

Jesus did not have a script when he taught. The Sermon on the Mount was written down after he said it, not before. It's like when you are talking to a friend, explaining something to them. Jesus just made it all up on the spot. He was an excellent teacher, and able to relate things in ways that the people could understand.

He knew the sermon the same way He knew everything else while he was here and that is by the wisdom and power of God, the Holy Spirit. God the Holy Spirit is omniscient. He knows the beginning to the end. He was speaking about today and the future until Christ returns.

Do you not understand that you are living in the time of prophecy being fulfilled? Jesus is all knowing, HE is the Alpha and the Omega.......the Beginning and the End. HE knows ALL. That is how Jesus knew what HE was saying on the Mount of Olives. I hoped this has helped. Be ready, my friend, get your house in order for the return. Blessings.

Sooner than you think. All those things Jesus said would come to pass, is here today. I even heard a man on the TV News claim to be Jesus and say he could do miracles.

Messengers of God do not need to go and cram things before hand. The words come of their own and they are the words of God. They are the truth and nothing but the truth.
Let this thing be clear to all.
