If anyone has had a PA piercing, any comments about the procedure, aftercare, look, satisified with?

Its a very popular one among guys, as Ive said before.
The procedure is fast, relativly pain-free, and chances are by the time you notice, its done. Very easy to look after, some minor cleaning however urine actually lends a hand there as its sterile. Heals fast and tends to be stretched up a couple of sizes by itself.
Also have a look into frenum ladders, reverse PA, apadravya and ampallang, however Im not sure how much you are considering doing.

I've had a PA for a long time and I love it! The piercing process is quick and really not very bad. The ring makes everything feel so much better, especially once you stretch it to a larger gauge! Just get used to sitting down to pee. Still so worth it though!

I have a pa and a reverse pa. Enjoy them both. For me the reverse was worse than the pa pain wise but its not as bad as it sounds. Thinking about it is worse than actually having it done. As far as sex they both are great my wife loves them both.
