you just find out you're pregnant and your fiance/husband/boyfriend tells you he's been smiling all day and has been happy and telling everyone at work!??! My fiance told me this today and it made me feel so good. we just found out we're expecting yesterday! :)

Congrats!!! That is so wonderful. What really struck me during my pregnancy was when we would be laying down at night and he would just rub my belly and get up really close and talk to our unborn son. He always talked really loud and put his lips right on my belly because he thought that was the only way our son could hear him :) I remember when had our first ultrasound he would show everyone who came to our house the pictures and he even kept one in his wallet. Your very lucky to have such a supportive fiance. I wish you guys the best!

My husband told me "I hope your happy, you have everything you ever wanted." slammed the doorin my face and didnt talk to me, touch me, or look at me for three days straight. And then he was pretty much an *** my whole pregnancy, and my 43 1/2 hour delivery.
I used to try to get him to feel the baby move, and he would roll his eyes and be like.. whatever. Or, when I was SUPER pregnant and it hurt to lay down, I used to spoon with him, so my belly could rest on him a little. And he would always wince and say "could you just... not touch me with that thing." And then act all grossed out by it.
I think my favorite was "Dear God, your boobs look so unnaturally huge." Yeah it was fun.
He's the most amazing dad now that our son is here though.
So no, I have no idea what thats like. Although I have dreamed it every day of my life since I was a kid. Although I guess some dreams are just- dreams.

That is totally awesome. My friends husband was running around the parking lot and jumping on cars when he found out. I guess he was excited. My husband says he will probably do the same thing. Well congratulations to both of you! Good Luck and God Bless!
