I don't know the "real" sitiuation between you and your daughters father. I'd personally get a lawyer and tell him what's going on and how he's controlling this situation with your daughter. And then you'll probably have to haul his butt into court and straighten his a*s out that way. Regarding the way you want to raise her and the way he wants to raise her.

Something that just crossed my mind here. Didn't you already know who he felt about celebrating Birthdays and Holidays before you let yourself get pregnant with him?

Well allowed is spelled allowed and not (ALOUD) How in the world does a mom lose custody of her child. He has reasons he is keeping her from you..Let the girl alone if your not a good influence or get yourself together so she can have a mommy too. She needs you, dont be so selfish. Good Luck to YOU and I will pray for her.

Doesn't sound right to me. Your best bet is to contact your local Friend of the Court office and have them enforce the visitation agreement you have with him.
