So here's the thing. First year at a public high school. Two weeks in I meet this amazing guy and he asks me to homecoming. He's all into me. Homecoming is amazing. Dances with me all night, holds my hand... About a week later my friend tells me he wants to be single. We argue for about a week and he finally tells me he doesnt want a girlfriend right now. He's best friends with my very good friend on my swim team.(girl). Today I find out that he wants to ask her out. Typical boy dilemma but any advice?

Any guy would lead you on like that only to abandon you the next minute for another girl is not worth it. I'm sorry he did that to you, but I'm sure someone better will come along. Things usually work out for the best in the end.

ugh boys deffinitly suck. I honestly don't think I have any advice except to tell you MOST boys are just the same. Especially at that age they'll never tell you how they really feel. Just gotta wait till they mature.

ohh wow i just hate when that happens! :\ well for right now just try not to think about it. and make sure he knows that u dont care. after a while u WILL convince ur self that u dont care and eventually u will move on :] i hope this will help <3

He was probably just going through some infatuation. Before you know it, he's probably going to be over your friend as well. Move on, he doesn't deserve you!

omgg. haha it took me a while to finally realize that but i realized most boys are the samee. not all but most of them. especially in highschool!! :/ i'm just soo over them & i'm having funnn with my friends noww :) its the besttt. every one says that love coems when you least expect it :) thats the best advice i can give to you <3

boys are really wierd like that. my best advice is that there are plenty of other BOYS in the world, but there is only one MAN out there thats right for you. and if thats not him, then forget him.

Sounds like he wants to move on, so try to let him go. He doesn't seem worth fighting for in this circumstance.

well first of all welcome to highschool hunnie!
there are plenty more guys that are gonna come your way.....some 100% better than others soo hes so not worth anymore of your time!
he obviously isnt that good of a guy soo just move on.
