I'm 5'0 and 96 lbs, but my legs look really fat! I don't want to wear small shirts that rest on my jeans because my lower body looks very disproportionate, and it doesn't help that I'm so short. I try running but they don't make my legs any thinner--only more toned. =( Can you guys help? My diet is already very healthy because of the types of food my family cooks.

You can't change how your body carries weight. Consider buying some "Spanks" to smooth out the look and be grateful you don't have chicken legs. You will realize at some point that guys would rather see toned legs than skinny flabby ones... and you look just fine!

Haha don't worry! How old are you? If you are in your late teens, you will probably grow more! If you are in the middle of puberty, you will definitely grow.
Try to eat less chips, fries, or chocolates. Eat more fruits, and vegetables.
It takes times for anything, you can't just run for a week and expect your legs to have dramatic changes. Keep on exercising, do not give up!
You can try to wear a tanktop, or T shirts that reveal your bellybutton. Wear extra-long jeans, maybe a size larger?
High heels shoes may be considered ;) good luck!

I'm not even five foot yet, and I weigh just around there, too.
Try wearing plaid skirts... They draw peoples eyes to your curves. (Hips and whatnot) And wear a tight fitting shirt with long sleeves.
It always helps me.

just work on your legs. ride a bike, lay on your back lift your legs into the air and move them like you are ridding a bike

if you want smaller legs, dont run. that gives you HUGE thigh and calf muscles. do a lot of leg weights at the gym or something.
